Charmoula Sweet potatoes

Ingredients:
  • 1 sweet potato
  • olive oil
  • CHARMOULA spice blend

Directions:

  1. Cut fine slices of sweet potatoes
  2. place on a baking pan
  3. drizzle some olive oil (every slice should be oiled)
  4. sprinkle some CHARMOULA spice blend to cover all your slices
  5. Put in the oven and let cook for 20 minutes at 175 degree Celcius on Roast convection.
  6. Enjoy!
